Many of you may know Claude Littner as Lord Sugar’s mercilessly tough aide on BBC1’s "The Apprentice" - the one who you'd rather not be interviewed by.
But that's all just for TV, as I was lucky enough to meet Claude for a second time a few weeks ago at the University of West London, where he founded the Claude Littner Business School, and he really isn't scary at all!
The event was a book signing for his recently launched book, "Single-Minded: My Life in Business", which is both a memoir and an insider’s account of how business really works, and it was a well turned out evening with folk coming to hear Torin Douglas, the ex BBC media correspondent, interview Claude and also to get their books signed.
